- Films produced from 1st January 2022 are eligible to participate in the competition section of the TNFF.
- Submit only films made by students.
- If the film is selected for screening then the student must provide the student ID and letter from the college or school stating that this film was made while being a student of their school or college.
- Submit student films made in any language and from anywhere in the world except INDIA.
- Films with a minimum run time of 5 Minutes to a maximum run time of 20 Minutes are eligible under the Form: Short Film.
